Equilibrious Communications Accessibility Statement

Last updated: February 2026

Why this matters to us

Equilibrious Communications exists to help organizations communicate in ways that work with people’s nervous systems — not against them. That commitment doesn’t stop at our clients’ employees. It extends to everyone who visits this website.

Accessibility isn’t a checkbox. It’s part of what it means to practice what we preach.

Our commitment

We are committed to making this website usable and navigable for as many people as possible, including folks who use assistive technologies, have visual or cognitive differences, or are navigating the web in non-standard ways.

We aim to align our site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — not as a one-time effort, but as an ongoing practice.

What we’re doing

We work to maintain clear page structure with logical headings, descriptive text for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigability, and accessible forms. When we publish video or audio content, we aim to provide captions or transcripts.

This is a living site run by a small team. We don’t claim perfection — but we do commit to paying attention and making improvements when we find gaps.

Third-party tools

This site may use third-party platforms for scheduling, forms, or other functionality. While we can’t control those tools’ accessibility practices, we choose vendors thoughtfully and will do our best to help if you hit a barrier.

Run into something?

If you experience an accessibility issue or need content in a different format, please use the contact form at www.equilibrious-comms.com/contact. Let us know what page you were on, what you ran into, and what browser or assistive technology you were using. We’ll respond within 5 business days.

Continuous improvement

We review and update this site regularly. Accessibility is part of that process, not separate from it.
